DIY Immune Support Booster for Your Winter Wellness

There are so many things we can take charge of to boost our immune system. Like eating healthy whole unprocessed foods, getting some form of exercise each day, reducing our toxic load and getting enough good rest. Need any help with getting good sleep? Here is a non-internal immune booster roller ball recipe that is easy to use.
         
Winter Immune Wellness
In a 10 ml roller bottle put
  • 4 Drops Lemon Essential Oil
  • 2 Drops Tea Tree Essential Oil 
  • 2 Drops On Guard Protective Blend of Essential Oils
  • 2 Drops OREGANO Essential Oil
  • 2 Drops Frankincense Essential Oil
Top off with Fractionated Coconut Oil. 
Put roller top and cap on and roll bottle between palms to blend. 
Roll onto the bottom of feet in the morning when getting dress and in the evening before bed.
