Help Manage Hunger and More with This Essential Oil Blend

Summer is coming which means no more layers of clothes to hide under.  So if you haven't already, it is time to get going with those healthy eating habits and exercise program. What, you say, "I've already been doing that and I just can't seem to get off this plateau!"  in this post, I want to focus on something I found that helps to manage hunger and more!  
It is a combination of essential oils that that are known for their detoxifying qualities which can promote weight loss in a natural and healthy way. It is Slim & Sassy, the Metabolic Blend.

This blend includes grapefruit, lemon, peppermint, ginger, and cinnamon essential oils in just the right portions. Manage your hunger by just adding 8 drops to 16 oz. of water and drink between your healthy meals throughout the day to help manage hunger, calm your stomach, and lift your mood. (Some people, like me, find it strong tasting so we use the softgels or the gum )

What I love about this oil blend is all the different uses it has. A favorite of mine is to massage it onto my trouble spots with Fractionated Coconut oil, the  Hand & Body Lotion or virgin organic coconut oil (my favorite brand) after a shower.

Here are some other ways to use the Slim & Sassy Metabolic Blend to help improve your health:

Appetite Balance- Add 2-3 drops of essential oils for weight loss to every glass of water throughout the day, or inhale from the bottle as desired.
Support Overall Healthy Blood Sugar Levels- Massage several drops into the soles of the feet 1-2 times a day, or add to water as above.
Calming- Inhale from the bottle as needed.
Cravings- Add 1 drop of essential oils for weight loss to an ounce of water and shoot, or inhale from the bottle as needed.
Detoxification- Add several drops to every glass of water or massage into the reflex points of the feet.
Calm Stomach- Add several drops to your water, daily or as needed, or rub 1-2 drops over the abdomen.
Energy- Use aromatically (diffusing or otherwise), add 1-2 drops to water, or massage into feet daily.

Sugar Cravings- Add 1 drop to an ounce of water several times a day, or inhale from the bottle as needed.
