A Way for You to Asses Your Gratitude

There continues to be an increasing body of research that the benefits of gratitude include deeper love connections to our happiness, as well as improved physical and mental health. (check 'Practicing Being Grateful for These Emotional Benefits'

Whether or not you consider yourself to be a grateful person, there is always an opportunity for introspection and growth. Most of us find it much easier to be grateful during happy times, but what happens when you are sad?  And how about the times in between? 

No matter where you are on the spectrum right now, the Gratitude Assessment below will help to take things up a notch in a positive way. Don't over think it, just write the first thing you are grateful for that comes to mind.
